I was constantly overwhelmed and exhausted and felt like I needed a change. When we started working together Faith got me eating breakfast, drinking more water, sleeping better, and having a better work/life balance. Faith met me where I was and elevated my life without making me feel bad about the parts I was missing. I feel more energized, better balanced, less hungry, and like I sleep better. I would recommend Faith to anyone who feels like they need that extra push to start working on themselves.

I haven’t been great at managing my stress levels, accomplishing goals (due to stress and anxiety), or taking care of my gut health. Since working with Faith I have been able to work around a lot of mental blocks that were holding me back. She has helped me see different ways to accomplish goals to help my mental and physical health. She has helped me see how I don’t have to give in to the bad days just because I couldn’t accomplish something the one way that I could see it. Through working with Faith, I have managed my stress and nervousness better. This, in turn, has helped my mental health as well as my physical health! I feel and look healthier, and my stomach pains are under better control now too!

Prior to starting these coaching sessions I was unsuccessful in reaching goals I was setting for myself because I felt as though I never had the time. I was waking up, working, making dinner, cleaning, and going to bed without taking the time to better myself. After working with you I was able to still do the things I needed to do while also hitting the same goals I set for myself before through different techniques I learned throughout our sessions.  I felt heard and understood without feeling judged or dismissed. I have lost 15lbs. I am able to play with my son for longer. I am more mindful of my feelings during work and don’t get as flustered as I did before. I think everyone can benefit from this coaching because it is so customizable and open.

Before working with Faith I was overbooking myself, not sleeping well, and not making my health a priority. I feel that we set realistic goals and clear ways to meet them .The biggest benefit for me coming from these coaching sessions is I am off of all prescription medication. Huge goal met. I learned the importance of being constant with lifestyle changes and prioritizing ones own health.

My experience working with Faith was one of the most fun experiences I can recall in ages . She is full of hope and genuine kindness, love and compassion., happiness, and genuine excitement for other people. From our sessions of working together I have been much better about making boundaries and holding to them, about making me a priority, about putting my health and wellness first.  I make overall healthier eating choices and spend more time in the gym exercising and feeling better about my body and my energy has increased. I would recommend Faith to really anyone who wants to make any changes in their life. Faith made our sessions feel like a safe space and challenged me to question things that I did not want to see, she was a loving mirror for my change and growth.

Before working with Faith I was struggling with being overweight,  having fluid retention in my legs, and stress. While working with Faith I have lost 35 lbs, reduced fluid in legs, and better managed stress. I learned Stress coping mechanisms and new exercise habits.
